Accessibility in the ZüriFanzone

Travelling
The ZüriFanzone in Europaallee is located directly at Zurich Main Station. We recommend traveling by public transport. Information on traveling with reduced mobility can be found on the websites of VBZ Barrier-free travel and the SBB Contact Center Handicap.

Disabled parking at the ZüriFanzone
There are a total of five disabled parking spaces in front of the Sihlpost on Kasernenstrasse and on the Postbrücke, in the immediate vicinity of Europaplatz. All disabled parking spaces in the city of Zurich are listed on the online city map.

Passengers can also board and alight directly at Europaplatz, including taxi companies (e.g. Tixi-Taxi).

Accessibility
The ZüriFanzone is accessible without tickets. A maximum number of visitors will be allowed into the public viewing area on Europaplatz. Once this number has been reached, no further visitors will be admitted. At the rear of the public viewing area, there is a two-story hospitality area for an exclusive public viewing experience: the «ZüriLounge» on the 1st floor and the «Champions Deck» on the 2nd floor are available for booking online. People with disabilities who require an accompanying person do not need a ticket for their companion. Please report to security at the entrance to the hospitality area.

In the Village on Gustav-Gull-Platz, fan rooms offer a private space where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the tournament in a smaller, more intimate setting..Some fan rooms can be reserved online to watch the games in smaller groups.

Wheelchair access
Public viewing

The Public viewing offers space for people on three levels. The ground floor is accessible at ground level. In the area in front of the stage, there is an area for people in wheelchairs and their companions. The area is marked accordingly. People in wheelchairs have priority here, but if there is enough space, the area may be used by anyone.

The «ZüriLounge» on the first floor and the «Champions Deck» on the second floor are accessible via a lift. The lift has internal dimensions of 1320 cm wide and 1600 cm deep.

Fan room

The fan rooms on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible. The fan rooms on the upper floor are only accessible via stairs.

Accessible toilets
Barrier-free toilets are available at the public viewing area on Europaplatz and at the fan rooms on Gustav-Gull-Platz.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted throughout the ZüriFanzone in Europaallee.

Audio description at public viewing
Visually impaired fans can follow the European Championship matches via audio description on their own smartphones. To do so, download the app from the UEFA Women's EURO 2025 via the Apple Store or GooglePlay download. Your smartphone needs an internet connection via the mobile network or Wi-Fi. For an ideal listening experience, we recommend bringing headphones for your smartphone.
