Ana Maria Marković

Born and raised in Zurich, Ana Maria began playing football at the age of 14 in the city by the Limmat River — and she’s been on a remarkable journey ever since.
A 2022 Swiss Cup finalist, Ana Maria now represents the Croatian national team and plays for Sporting Braga in Portugal’s top division. Before making the move to Portugal, she spent four years with Grasshopper Club Zurich, where she made her mark in Swiss football.

In addition to her playing career, Ana Maria is actively shaping the future of the game. Since early 2024, she has also taken on a leadership role as a team manager in the Baller League.
